Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions before booking your class. These terms and conditions outline the rules and policies for enrolling in our classes. By subscribing to our classes, you agree to the following:

All subscriptions grant access to classes based on the payment plan you select (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually).

Classes are designed for children aged 5-15, with a duration of 1 hour per class.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

After payment, you will be redirected to a form to schedule your classes.

Class schedules are subject to availability. We encourage you to complete the scheduling form promptly.

If your preferred class schedule is unavailable, feel free to reach out to our team, and we’ll be happy to contact you to offer alternative options.

We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Weekly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the first class of the week. No refunds will be processed after this time.

Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the subscription start date. Any classes attended within this period will be deducted from the refund amount.

Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the subscription start date. Any classes attended within this period will be deducted from the refund amount.
