Welcome to MyFav School’s One-on-One Classes! These terms and conditions outline the rules and policies for enrolling in our personalized, one-on-one courses. By subscribing to our individual classes, you agree to the following:

Subscriptions

  • All subscriptions grant access to classes based on the payment plan you select (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually).

  • Classes are designed for children aged 5-15, with a duration of 1 hour per class.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Class Scheduling

  • After payment, you will be redirected to a form to schedule your classes.

  • Class schedules are subject to availability. We encourage you to complete the scheduling form promptly.

  • If your preferred class schedule is unavailable, our team will contact you to offer alternative options.

Refund Policy

  • We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:
  • Weekly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the first class of the week. No refunds will be processed after this time.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the subscription start date. Any classes attended within this period will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the subscription start date. Any classes attended within this period will be deducted from the refund amount.

Unsubscribing from a Course

  • If you wish to unsubscribe from a course, please use the customer portal on Stripe. You can access the portal via the link provided in your payment confirmation email.

  • Note that unsubscribing will prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current subscription period unless specified under the refund policy.

Class Participation

  • Students are expected to attend their scheduled classes. Missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled unless caused by technical issues on our end.

  • Please ensure your child has access to a quiet environment and a stable internet connection during class sessions.
