Welcome to MyFav School’s One-on-One Classes! These terms and conditions outline the rules and policies for enrolling in our personalized, one-on-one courses. By subscribing to our individual classes, you agree to the following:
All subscriptions grant access to classes based on the payment plan you select (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually).
Classes are designed for children aged 5-15, with a duration of 1 hour per class.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
After payment, you will be redirected to a form to schedule your classes.
Class schedules are subject to availability. We encourage you to complete the scheduling form promptly.
If your preferred class schedule is unavailable, our team will contact you to offer alternative options.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@myfavschool.com.
If you wish to unsubscribe from a course, please use the customer portal on Stripe. You can access the portal via the link provided in your payment confirmation email.
Note that unsubscribing will prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current subscription period unless specified under the refund policy.
Students are expected to attend their scheduled classes. Missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled unless caused by technical issues on our end.
Please ensure your child has access to a quiet environment and a stable internet connection during class sessions.
